The Elite Tiers: Court of the Table (COT) and Top of the Table (TOT)

MDRT also recognises members who achieve production levels far exceeding the base requirement with two exclusive levels:

  • Court of the Table (COT): Requires production levels approximately three times the basic MDRT requirement.

  • Top of the Table (TOT): The most elite level, requiring production levels approximately six times the basic MDRT requirement. Advisors achieving TOT are truly the top performers globally.
