She has been in the insurance industry for nearly 29 years. A Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table and multiple times qualifier for Court of The Table. Evadney is a former banker and Mortgage Specialist at the Eagle Financial Network. She has held numerous corporate positions in Public Relations, Marketing and banking operations. Evadney joined the insurance industry and gained her foundation at Prime Life Insurance Agency in 1995. She became Rookie of the Year and exited as Executive Agent where she became an Executive Agent. She spent a total of five (5) years and left as the Top Agent of the year 2000. Evadney matriculated to being an Executive Agent at Guardian Life Insurance, where she spent a total of nine (9) years and copped multiple awards, always in the Top 10 at that prestigious company. She achieved the Top Executive Advisor Award in 2004.
Evadney joined Lawe Insurance Brokers in 2010 and quickly established herself, where she was awarded several company awards overs the years, including Mega Producer, Top Achiever Jamaican Portfolio & Best Conservation/Persistency 2014/2015. She has qualified as Vice-Chair of Lawe Insurance Brokers Production Club twice and has been awarded on numerous occasions by CARAIFA for Caribbean Sales Achievement Award (CSAA), Caribbean Quality Award (CQA) and Caribbean Association of Life Underwriters Award (CALU). She was also awarded as the #4 agent in Jamaica in 2000, by Life Underwriters Association of Jamaica/JAIFA.
Evadney is a consummate professional and expert in Sales Training. She has trained executives of the Palisadoes Coop Credit Union, Account Executives at CIBC and CVM Television to name a few. She is a current Moderator at JAIFA’s FSCP courses, which is done through the American College and has moderated JAIFA courses for over 18 years.
