The issuance is up to age 74 years and the policy provides worldwide access to quality hospitals. Concierge Services are available at no additional cost and coverage are available for people with pre-existing medical conditions. The Co-insurance is eliminated in the Super Special Hospitals and is not provided in your country of residence. The deductible selection from $250 to $50,000 (One deductible per person, maximum two per family) and the deductible is reduced up to $1,000 in Super Special Hospitals. Additionally, the policy features up to 50% discount within network hospitals for excluded pre-existing conditions.
