Shaneika Fearon is a graduate of Merl Grove High School. Her professional career began in 2013 at the Early Childhood Commission as a heart trainee, where she worked as a data entry clerk, then later as an Accounts Payables Clerk. She later entered into the life insurance industry in 2016 where she spent over six (6) years with Chancellor Insurance Agency, as an Insurance Financial Advisor. 

Shaneika’s focus is to help others and her approach to clients is designed specifically to meeting their financial needs, by keeping abreast of industry trends, improving her knowledge through continuous education and training programs such as FSCP. 

Shaneika is passionate about having a healthy lifestyle and frequents the gym. She describes herself as driven, goal-oriented and focused. She prides herself on providing quality service and building relationships with her clients. She is a spiritual individual and one who strives to live for excellence at all times. 

She lives by the mantra, “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” (Jeremiah 29:11)
