Shane Bailey has over (ten) 10 years experience in the life insurance industry. He has spent the last two (2) years as a Unit  Manager at Chancellor Insurance Agency.  Shane has completed several company-related and industry-related courses including, AMTC,  FMTC and a few modules of FSCP. As an  AMTC graduate, he has been integral in recruiting, training and assisting agents in the field in achieving their personal goals.  Prior to entering the life insurance industry, Shane worked previously at the May  Pen Hospital and Mount Airy Primary School. Shane describes himself as analytical, highly motivated, client-focused with excellent customer service skills and a team player with a winning mentality. He lives by the saying, “the business that pays, is the one that stays”  Shane is a sports enthusiast, who supports the Manchester United football team,  he enjoys playing dominoes, socializing and having a good time.
