Rusheena Johnson attended Holy Childhood High School and the University of the West Indies, Mona. In 2015, she completed her Bachelor of Science with a major in Experimental Biology and graduated with honours. Rusheena took on the role of manager at a private enterprise in St. Ann and St. Catherine. The love of her job in sales and leadership lead to the expansion of an additional branch in Montego Bay, St. James. After three and a half years in the business, Rusheena gave up her role as manager to seek new opportunities where she could share her passion with others. She has worked in various capacities, with organizations such as House of Simplefit Stores, Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Veterinary Services Division, Sutherland Global Services and Spanish Town Hospital. Rusheena feels excited about her new career path as an Insurance Professional at Lawe Insurance Brokers and looks forward to marketing our various local and international products. She loves helping others and sees insurance sales an opportunity to safeguard the financial stability of individuals and cultivate lasting relationships with clients. She describes herself as a self-motivated strategic leader, with the ability to work with a team to meet demands, while never discounting outstanding customer service and one who is also passionate, humble, diligent and goal-oriented.
