Whether leading special projects, managing client relationships, or diving into graphic design work, his goal is always the same: deliver top-tier experiences, solve problems efficiently, and help businesses and individuals grow. 

In his last role as Special Projects & Partnerships Lead at LTV SaaS Growth Fund, he wore many hats. Rasheem led highimpact initiatives, built meaningful partnerships, and supported a portfolio of Shopify apps by ensuring customer onboarding was seamless and satisfaction remained high. He also developed support documentation, created training videos and implemented tools to streamline operations and reduce churn. 

With a background that spans customer support, SaaS, CRM systems, account management, and graphic design, Rasheem developed a well-rounded skill set. He is just as comfortable troubleshooting technical issues as he is managing crossfunctional teams or mentoring others. Rasheem holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Excelsior Community College and continually upskill through certifications in customer success, analytics, Shopify development, and more. 

Rasheem is an outgoing person who thrives on connecting with others. He loves reading, fishing, teaching, and motivating those around him.
