Oneisha James describes herself as the consummate Financial Advisor. She was introduced to the job and fell in love with the profession at an early age, after seeing her mother excel in the field. Oneisha loves travelling and going to new places across Jamaica, meeting new people, educating them on the benefits of insurance and ensuring that her clients are comprehensively covered.
She has always envisioned herself as a great marketer. At the age of 19, she started her own hair care company, which through social media, she was able to grasp the attention of individuals, thus making her business a success. This experience helped to develop her networking skills and confidence.
She later started working as an assistant to her mother and used this opportunity to continue networking. Her journey into becoming an Insurance Professional was not a difficult decision as she is passionate about helping others in attaining financial security and peace of mind.
Oneisha is a positive thinker, outspoken, bold, self-motivated, focused, and target-driven, with an aim to always strive to surpass her expectations and crush goals implemented. She lives by the mantra, “there is no limit”. She is a humble Christian, who keeps God in the midst of everything she does and credits God for all her successes. She thinks big and has big dreams and is setting the foundation necessary in putting these dreams into reality.
Oneisha has an Associate Degree in Natural Sciences. She worked previously with Sagicor Life as a Financial Advisor and qualified for the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) in 2020.
