Jermaine Powell is a graduate of the University of Technology where he completed his Bachelor’s in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting.


He did eleven years of service to his country, as a member of the Jamaica Constabulary Force. During his tenure there, he worked in several areas including the Special Branch. He was also a team leader on a quick response team, as well as involved in counselling and community policing.


Jermaine moved on to pursue his passion for business. He became a Financial Advisor with Sagicor Life Jamaica. He spent five years with Sagicor, where he qualified for several awards.


Jermaine is now looking to expand on his career in the financial services industry with Lawe Insurance Brokers. Here he will have the opportunity to provide an even more diversified portfolio of benefits for both his existing and new clients. He will be able to continue to transform lives and create new opportunities, whilst building lasting relationships.


He is big on customer service. He is a hardworking, ambitious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual.
