Delma Roberts joined the Inner Circle Branch as a Financial / Insurance Advisor effective May 1, 2026. Born in the parish of St. Mary, she developed a strong sense of discipline, faith, and purpose from an early age. She attended Castleton All Age School, later pursued studies at the Jamaica School of Business, and began her professional career as a teacher before transitioning into financial services.

Over more than 24 years in the industry, Delma has served with Sagicor Life Jamaica and Spectrum Insurance Brokers as an Insurance Financial Advisor and Unit Manager. She has helped individuals and families build financial security and has earned numerous industry and international accolades, including Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), Agent of the Year, Most Consistent Agent, Star Achiever Award, and Outstanding Achievement Production Award.

A woman of deep faith, Delma is an ordained missionary, Sunday School teacher, mentor, author, creative writer, and dynamic public speaker. She is also a devoted wife, loving mother of five, and proud grandmother of three. Through every role she undertakes, Delma exemplifies integrity, faith, excellence, creativity, and service.
