During his tenure at Chancellor Insurance Agency, he specialized in Guardian Life products where he made several notable achievements. He was Rookie of the Year, Most Consistent Agent, Highest Net API and FYC settlement, and MDRT qualifier, all in his first year.

Damion is a disciplined, no-nonsense individual who is a firm believer in hard work. He prides himself in his ability to adjust and to remain focused. He is considered a lion amongst his peers.

He has an acute sense of responsibility to his client. Insurance is a way of life for Damion and he takes great pride in providing sound financial advice and service to his clients, while maintaining a professional relationship.

Damion loves music and is a past student of the Edna Manley College of Visual and Performing Arts, where he specialized in classical and modern music. His instrument of choice is the guitar.
