Chester Richards has vast professional experience in Science, Sales and Marketing and has served as a high school Science teacher and Department Head at Oberlin High School and St. Mary's College, Research Assistant at the NRCD, Deputy Hall Chairman and Guidance Counselor at UWI Mona, Sales and Marketing Manager at Heinemann Publishers Caribbean, Branch Manager at Sangster's Book Stores, Director at Times Store Ltd. and the President of the Book Industry Association of Jamaica. He also has over 16 years of experience in Sales and Financial Advice. In his youth, he was an Early Student and Social Leader and attended Cornwall College. 

He is a sports and music enthusiast, is married and has three children. He takes special pride in the considerable number of discerning and longstanding clients who will testify to their dependence on and confidence in the service, information and advice provided on most types of insurance, in particular International Health.
