He describes one of the highlights of his tenure at ALPART as his role on the Best Practices Research team, which was responsible for researching industry best practices locally as well as in Australia, Brazil, and USA and thereafter coordinating the implementation.
Chester has worked for nine years as a Financial Insurance Advisor at Chancellor Insurance Agency and looks forward to using the knowledge and experience gained in the industry to attain new heights for himself.
Chester is married to Juliet and is the father of two sons, Justin and Darren. He describes himself as a people-oriented team player, who thrives in a growth-focused environment.
